Business Consulting · Pace, Florida

Hands-on help where the business is stuck.

We work alongside owners to find the real constraint, set the priority and put a plan to work, informed by running our own companies every day.

Operators, not observers

Advice shaped by the work itself.

Cadenhead Legacy Group provides hands-on business consulting from Pace, Florida, for established, owner-operated businesses whose growth is limited by follow-up, process, pricing or visibility. The work runs in three steps, diagnose, prioritize and implement, across sales, pricing, operations, ownership and owner reporting. We work from Cadenhead Legacy Center in Pace, in Santa Rosa County between Milton and Pensacola, and serve businesses across Northwest Florida.

We own and operate a commercial building, work alongside an affiliated payments and point-of-sale company, and build the software both depend on. Our perspective comes from chasing follow-ups, reading processing statements, fixing handoffs and building the reports an owner relies on.

When we help another business, we work on the problem with you, not around it.

Where we usually start

Find the part of the business holding everything else back.

Everyone is busy, but the business is not moving. We identify the bottleneck and test it against the business's own numbers.

If a recommendation involves an affiliated company, such as Gulf Coast Merchant Services for payment processing, we will identify that relationship before you decide. You are never required to use an affiliated company.

Hands-on means seeing how the work actually moves before recommending a change.

The first conversation

A working conversation.

We will talk through what is happening, what you have tried and where the business is stuck. No presentation needed.

Bring what you know

  • The problem as you see it and when it started
  • What you have already tried
  • The people and steps involved today
  • The numbers or outcomes that would show improvement

A good fit

For owners ready to make the change.

  • Established, owner-operated businesses with a team and real customers
  • Growth limited by follow-up, process, pricing or visibility
  • Owners prepared to make decisions and give the work time

When another resource fits better

Not every problem needs paid consulting.

Early-stage planning, general business education and mentoring may be better served by the Florida SBDC or SCORE. We will say so when that is the more useful next step.
