Information you choose to provide
When you submit an inquiry, we may receive your name, email address, optional phone number, selected topic and message. An office-space inquiry may also include an optional preferred tour day and time, team size and office preference. When you submit the form, we record your consent status, the version of the consent wording shown and the server timestamp with the inquiry email.
Please do not submit passwords, account numbers, tax identification numbers, bank records, loan or mortgage documents, personal financial documents or other sensitive information through this website.
Information collected with an inquiry
To help us understand and route an inquiry, the website may include the page where the inquiry was submitted, the referring page and campaign values included in the website address. The form endpoint processes standard request, device and network information, including an IP address that it uses briefly in memory for basic rate limiting.
How we use information

Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics, a privacy-focused service from our hosting provider, to understand how this website is used. It records the pages viewed, the website that referred you, general information such as your country, device type, browser and operating system, and a general label for how the visit began (for example, a search engine, social media or one of our own business listings). It also counts a few actions, such as selecting a phone, email or directions link, starting the contact form or sending an inquiry. It does not use cookies and does not record your name, email address, phone number or anything you type into the form. Before anything is sent, the website removes other details from web addresses and keeps only labels we have chosen in advance. Vercel identifies a visit with a temporary value that is discarded within 24 hours, so visits are not connected across days or across other websites. Your browser keeps a short note of how the visit began until you close the tab; it contains no personal information. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signal, this website does not load analytics. We use these statistics only in aggregate to improve the website and to understand which pages lead to inquiries, never for advertising.
How information is shared
Website hosting and form processing
Vercel hosts the website and runs the form endpoint. Vercel, our hosting provider, processes technical request data and maintains logs for limited periods based on our service plan and configuration to operate, monitor and secure the website.
Email delivery
Resend, our email-delivery provider, keeps a copy of each inquiry email and its delivery records for about 30 days, after which they are deleted under Resend's retention practices.
CLG mailbox
Inquiry emails are delivered to a mailbox hosted by Microsoft 365, which stores them under Microsoft's own privacy and security terms.
Business Capital introductions
With your permission, we may share information about you or your business with an independent bank or other funding provider, as described on the Business Capital pages. Financial documents go directly to that provider, not through this website.
We may also share information with professional advisers, service providers working under our direction, or authorities when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety.
If direct delivery is unavailable, your device's email app may open with your message prepared; sending it uses your own email provider.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not use it for targeted advertising.
Retention
We generally retain inquiry emails for up to 24 months after our last communication. We may retain them longer when needed for an active business relationship, legal obligation, dispute or security matter. You may request deletion by emailing steven@cadenheadlegacy.com, subject to applicable legal and recordkeeping requirements.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards appropriate to the information handled by the website. No online service or email delivery can ensure complete security. If we learn of a security incident involving information you submitted, we will notify you as required by Florida law.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct or delete inquiry information by contacting steven@cadenheadlegacy.com. We may need to verify the request and may retain information when required or permitted by law.
Children
This website is intended for business and property-related inquiries and is not directed to children under 13.
Other websites
Links to tenant websites, the affiliated company Gulf Coast Merchant Services and other outside websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. CLG does not control those outside practices.
Changes
Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date and the published page.
